I've talked via message with quite a few babblers and now know why some are not posting. No they are not going to different board. Some get more depressed here, some have gotten well which is good on their own, some just go on with their lives and don't wish to think of medications. It seems the internet traffic is changing in a way. Recently my Son said that they found using the internet was interfering with communicating with people in their lives. So some are backing off using the internet. Even facebook is drying up. Such is life. Phillipa

It makes it feel harder to escape the past because of places like that. I had a nasty high school experience. If I go on FB, there are so many people from back then on it. I don't want to remember them.

I've had zero friends in the past 10 years since I was 18, but even before that I don't think I had any real friends anyway. I think I prefer it this way.

I used to come on this site often until a few on here said some demeaning things when I talked about my condition. The would act like I was delusional when I talked about a few meds affected me permanently.
I have been in this situation for a few years and it is no question that the meds caused it.I almost jumped for joy when the psychiatrist I saw at a crisis unit didn't tell me I was wrong after I told her how meds have affected me. She said she has seen it happen. She is now my regular psychitrist.
Its as if a few on this site and a few doctors get mad that I don't get in line like a good mental patient and take their chemicals. This is how a compounding pharmacist I see refers to them. They are chemicals pu together in a lab. They my be helpful to some people but they weren't to me.
And now it doesn't matter how wrong some on here think I am because I have a doctor and a pharmacist being a huge help to me these days.
