well....from what I know now is the nuvigil absorbed, i can defintly feel the wakefulness. But this is really bothering me now, the zyprexa for 2 days lost the effect...usally when I take zyprexa it numbs unpleasant thoughts out....calming. But now...its like its not even taking effect...and i've concluded that its not a malabsorbation problem, there's something in the nerves or tolerance or resistance. Goodness i've posted alot of websites with asking whats the issue. Someone told me its a nerve virus that's blocking it....but who knows what that means...a virus in the nerve system? sounds silly....
i sure hope i will not get to the point when nothing works due to tolerance to my meds. I am so sick of my body's problems.
anything from anyone would be great....i have researched this and it keeps popping up on google on medication resistance.

Ya I'm having a similar problem with zyprexa. But I've also had a decrease in dose this year. So that might be part. Sometimes it seems to work realy good and other days not. But now the perphenazine seems to to be working realy good again. I just had my dose increased back to 2 pills a day. Maybe these pills are working and we don't realize it. Maybe tolerance. I always find if you stop it for a day it works better the next, you could try that. On the 2 days that I take 15mg instead of 10mg, I find it works realy good, so.. Also I find if the zyprexa is realy fresh it works better.

yea the first time I took zyprexa I was at JPS psych and my mind was on fire and I actually wasnt there because of that...i forgot but the doctor said you need to stay here, you can't drive home like this. So...i said ok, they gave me 20mg of zydis[zyprexa[ and two ativans...all i rerember I was looking at the tv in the place and didnt rerember anything after that until the next day.
When Zyprexa works for me...it has a calming effect, like easeing up mental stress, its vary good for someone who is filled with mindlock from stimulants, and or manic stuff.
Yea...you should ask your doc about 20mg...im on that...it is sedating but like i'e been saying my body has build a resistance to where it seems like it has no effect...its really frustrating...giving a car oil it maybe works partly and still runs like s h i t lol
