Hi, a few days ago, I started treatment with Nardil again, but this time, I decided to try to add Lyrica (for better results) ....because the last time, I did not get much from Nardil itself. The Nardil worked literally great for me but only for first few weeks from the beginning of treatment (maybe a bit longer), but later it stopped working although I gradually increased dosage. Unfortunately, I have never reached a true antidepressant effect of Nardil (I probably only had a period of hypomania at the beginning). At that time, I was on Nardil for 8 months total.
Anyway, I have started with 30mg of Nardil(split in two doses) together with 75mg of Lyrica (at night). For now, I plan to go to max 60mg of Nardil.I wonder to know, what is the highest dosage of Lyrica I can take in combination with Nardil and I am still safe ? Also, I am curious to know, what other meds/supplements are worth a try with Nardil to get better effects ?
I also wonder, if is there any study referring to this combo (so far, I have not found any research) ?
