So I had some bloodwork done due to my low libido and anhedonia and here is the result:
LH - 2.6mIU/mL - Range for Adult Male - 7-24mIU/mL (low)
FSH - 2.8mIU/mL - Range for Adult Male - 5-20mIU/mL (low)
Testosterone - 588.5ng/dL - Range for Adult Male - 249-836ng/dL (normal)
TSH - 1.79uIU/mL - Range for Adult Male - 0.35-4.00uIU/mL (normal)
My Testosterone and TSH are fine, but my FSH and LH are abnormally low. Could this be the cause of the low libido? I mean, my testosterone seems to be right in the middle of the range it should be in, and I thought testosterone was what was produced by FSH and LH anyways. I don't know, do FSH and LH inherently affect libido?
Are there any other tests I should do to determine the cause of my low libido/apathy?
I have taken a bunch of norepinepherine increasing drugs in an effort to combat it like Wellbutrin, Vivactil, and Desipramine without any effect. I tried Adderall, Mirapex, and Ritalin for the dopamine component, and all of those did nothing for me except a little bit on Ritalin before I formed a tolerance.
