Pamabrom for Nardil water retention?

Just wondering if Pamabrom or any of the OTC diuretics can help with Nardil edema and urinary retention. Are they safe? Effective? If not are there any prescription alternatives to consider?

They might help with fluid retention in the tissues, but they wont help with urinary retention in the bladder
