An Australian website that offers some insights into the rational treatment of the different typs of epression. The second link is to a series of articles written by the head shrink at the institute for a major medical journal.
I especialy like how he is adamant that SSRI's dont fix all, and that the more endrogenous features you have, the more likely you are to respond to either a tricyclic, or an SSRI + NARI combo - I realy wish more PCP's recognised this

Loving these case studies. I trawl the Black Dog website every so often but had not come across them before!
