I'm doing great on zoloft and nortriptyline, 50 mg each. I am having some major fatigue, though (i work 12 nights) and I have a prescription for Concerta 54mg. Would this be safe to add? I should only need to the Concerta a few times a week to be able to stay up all night at work.

I'd def check with your doctor before combining them - I think its safe, but these drugs are Rx only for a reason.....and your doctor is going to have to know about it if you need an ongoing supple

Your Zoloft and Nortryptaline are on the low end. Have you had your Nor levels checked?
You shouldn't have any problems adding the Concerta.
