The best way to cope with Cymbalta withdrawal is taking just one single dose of Prozac 20mg. All (or at least most of) your withdrawal symptoms will go away. No more brain zaps ;)
In the past I tried to withdraw slowly from Cymbalta by opening the capsules and removing a set number of micro capsules every 2 weeks but this takes much longer and requires so much patience...

Why are you withdrawing from the cymbalta? Does it not work I'd heard it was getting pretty good reviews for not pooping out? Will you cross over to another med or full washout first? Phillipa
