Hey Phillipa, how did you go with your idea of changing your benzo?

Did you change drug, up the dose of your current benzo, or decided not to make any changes?

Hope you're feeling better!

Jono keeping the xanax at the .5mg with pdocs permission and also he will now do my prescriptions as old pdoc did. I told him him trusting me meant a lot so he is. I wake each morning feeling bad and as day goes on feel better. I thought for a few years that when I wake and take the synthroid and .25 now of valium this is when I decline. Have you ever heard of synthroid being a culprit as starts after the dose. The logic says it's a hormone and releases throughout the days and has a long halflife. So any ideas what caused this feeling? Still the 50mg of luvox & down again to 2.5mg of lexapro, .5xanax & 5mg of valium at sleep. Thanks for checking up on me. Phillipa

Never heard of Synthroid making anyone feel low, no, but i guess anything is possible.

Feeling rotten when you wake and getting better as the day goes on is a classic sign of "endrogenous" depression - would you consider a trial of nortriptyline, at a dose of say 75mg at bedtime, to see if that helped?

As well as depression, it helps with sleep and anxiety
