Whats the worst that can happen in terms of adverse and dangerous effects if I take these 2 together ?
I like the idea and have seen sporadic posts here about the combo. Im currently on a low dose of nort (50mg) for sleep and migraines.

>Since (unfortunately,) Nortriptyline does little in the way of dopamine agonism(?), the dangers are minimal.
You could find more info from the dr. who "invented" this on the psychotropical website.

I like the combo. I don't think you would have anything too worry about, especially with your nort on the low side.

Very little in the way of dangerous interactions..... a usual dose would be say 50mg of Zoloft and 75mg of Nortriptyline.
It should only be taken under your doctors supervision though.
