yea...i don't know what its called but i've heard of swelling and stiffning of muscles with seroquel..its usually a allergic reaction, but still if you been taking it for a while and it just happened, that's weird. Vistril is an antihististime that would be a good choice for this, but it depends on the allergy.
I Google this...check out also cogentin for stiff muscles because that is an effect of high dose nueroleptic.
