OK, not sure about the Lamitcal, but am strongly considering the combined AD route of augmention (currently on 150mg of Nortriptyline (TCA) and 1.5mg of clonazepam.) Limiting criteria include: Best in tackling depression\anhedonia, evening dosage, least amount of time for me to feel it's effectiveness, reputable reliability (in terms of "poop-out"), must be available in the USA, a little sleep-assistance would be very helpful, and I guess a little dopaminergic activity probably wouldn't hurt.
I understand that strict adherance to the drugs.com interactions checker can be somewhat lax when suggestions are given, but please take the potential Nortriptyline toxicity factors somewhat into account. I've noticed that there is a variability in terms of what constitutes a "major" reaction on drugs.com, so some combinations may not be as bad as others. For the record, I'd be willing to drop the Nortriptyline to 100mg if needed.
Just trying to norrow things down a bit. Of course any suggestions would be discussed thoroughly with my pdoc before ingestion.

An SSRI like sertraline is a common stratergy, starting at 50mg and increasing to 100mg if needed.
The other options are realy only limited by your imagination and your doctors prescribing habits, you could combine many of the avaliable antidepressants with nortriptyline.
As you're looking for dopamine, bupropion sugests it self
It might be better to tackle the sleep issue seperatrly with a dose of Ambien etc at bedtime

Provigil or ritalin, w/ vistaril or something as needed at bedtime, maybe? Clearly I don't have an MD--and I'm certainly not YOUR doc--but that's what I thought of off the top of my head.

It looks like there might be some evidence pointing towards Effexor, especially in terms of safety.
