Hi. I'm using Cymbalta (duloxetine) for my GAD and Depression with good results.
The problem is that although I can go to sleep pretty easily, I wake up several times during night and I feel a bit tired afterwards.
Another problem is anorgasmia (difficulty to reach orgasm) and lethargy mood most of the time
Overall is a good med but I was wondering if there is an Add on to minimize these side effects
Thank you!

It might be the Cymbalts that is causing this. Alternatively, perhaps you need a sleep aid. If you wish to avoid benzodiazepines, Remeron might be worth looking into.

If I were convinced that there was no way that adding Wellbutrin would make the GAD worse, I would say that it would be worth trying. However, Wellbutrin has been known to produce anxiety or make it worse in some people. However, for anergia associated with depression and sexual side effects, it can be a good augmenter of SNRIs. Personally, I found Cymbalta to produce fatigue whereas Effexor did not. I have seen others describe this as well. Have you tried Effexor?

I took 60mg of cymbalta for three months. didn't notice a thing while on it but when stopped it that's when I noticed I had back pain. But I took benzos with it for sleep. The other problem I can not address. Phillipa
