As you know,Ive had a brutal time lately with the heat. However,Ive remained well.I do feel more lethargic, sleepier by day's end.I believe keeping to a schedule helps my mentality. And how are you doing, not fun to ride bike in this heat?

Had to cut back. More tired too. Seems that this bleeding from who knows where is effecting my mood a lot. I used to love the heat but only if I could go inside and cool off. P

having hell of a time. moods in the sink hole but it pops up now and again so i dont know if its biological, psychological, or environmental (aka weather).
i do know that i HATE hot weather. warm is ok, cool is ok but i dont like extremes. though i can handle cold better than hot.
