Hi. Hope you's are doing well.
1. The first 5 times I took Tranylcipromine (parnate) (low dose 30mg) I got a Strong Anti-Depressant effect + Extreme low blood pressure,, (to the point I couldn't continue it.)
2. This time around no low BP so I upped the dose to 50mg and BP = stable (perfect lower then normal)... Slight Buzz after I take it but yeah BP = Norm
3. fEELING LIKE NOT KILLING MYSEELF!!
should prolly stay at 50 for 2 weeks before upping it to 70-90 heY??? [I am more then experimental and am open to extreme options!!!]
I am feeling ok now BUT THAT COULD BE ATTRIBUTED TO THE 200MG bACLOFEN, AND i WANT TO FEEL GOOD GOOD ASAP!!!!ld love to here from some of your experiences with Parnate....
ie. HOW LONG TO KICK IN AT PEAK PLASMA LEVEL for you??????Cheers. Respect

In reply to Parnate onset experiences pleas if ya got the time, posted by Frequentfryer on June 21, 2012, at 13:31:53
Parnate kicked in for me within 48 hours. I started on 30mg and am still at 30mg. The postural hypotension was very bad at the beginning, but I learned how to cope with it and, within a year, it had stopped. Don't understand why people are constantly trying to up their parnate dosage. 30-40mg is a therapeutic dose.
This is the end of the thread.
