Hi, I started taking Cymbalta for GAD, this is my first week on it and it's working for anxiety quite good but I'm suffering from uncomfortable sexual side effects:
-Complete loss of libido/sexual interest
-Unable to ejaculate (anorgasmia)Is there any way to counteract these side effects?
Thank you

Seriously surprised to hear cybalta is working for anxiety. Take it one step at a time. I'm so glad it's tackling the reason you are taking it. Don't mean to sound uncaring. Phillipa

Thank you
I took it in the past with good results as far as anxiety and depression is concerned but had to quit because of the sexual side effects

The standard way of dealing with these concerns would be to add Wellbutrin or cyproheptadine. If you'd rather go natural you can also try gingko biloba.
I've experienced anorgasmia on most all of the SSRI's. Wellbutrin wasn't that helpful, cyproheptadine was somewhat helpful.
This is the end of the thread.
