I'm taking neurontin for derealization/anxiety. Does this med have a build up period or does it start working immediately?

interesting you ask that. i normally feel a little lift in anxiety in about 20 min, but the real effect seems to max about 2 hours. maybe its my imagination but thats what i've noticed. i haven't heard anyone else say that.
