...lwhats next? I've been through all the z-drugs. Seroquel leaves me hung over. Only thing that Initiates sleep for me is 10mg saphris and I've been trying to stop that for 9 months. Now I can't even sleep past 3am. Thought 30mg of temazepam was going to do it but same deal, took it last night felt like sugar pill still required saphris, and still got up at 3am! Is there a better or stronger benzo?

Add a wee bit of chlorpheniramine 1-4mg. Its an antihistamine with some serotonergic effects. I find it augments lorazepam, in terms of sleep effects.

Trimipramine is not like a sleeping pill but it does lengthen and deepen sleep for me.
I take around 15mg a couple of hours before bed.
