hi,
i was wondering if neurontin - when used for sleep - can cause rebound anxiety/depression akin to benzos?

My neighbor takes xanax and l00 of neurotin and says it really helps with sleep and she's very high functioning at Disney World right now. So I'd say no. Phillipa

more likely if not taken regularly.
but yes it can.i'm on it and not taking it regularly and i notice that when i taper down or dont take it at same times it can effect my mood and say i'm on it ofr a week then stop i notice more anxiety than normally could have. then after one or two days its back to normal. (whatever that is right? lol)

It certainly can, but you need to have it in your system for a while.
