For those of you who find that the spring (especially the early spring of this year) brings on a period of increased mood and energy problems, I'd like to hear about your experiences.
I typically notice that my mood becomes flatter and my energy dips with the onset of spring. I start to sleep more, become more anergic, and have a hard time focusing and motivating. I usually start to feel better after a month or so.
Most of my family suffers from significant pollen allergies, however, unlike them, I typically never have any major signs of congestion. Yet I'm definitely certain that I also have some allergies.

I gave myself allergy shots for seven years and then switched to cortisone nasal spray for years. What I've noticed about my allergies is that they tend to get worse when I'm under a lot of stress.
