I take 1200mg of Lithium every day because I am diagnosed a bipolar II
I also take 60 mgs of Viibryd to treat severe OCD.
To keep my mood in balance and to further treat the OCD I take Latuda.
As it stands, right now I am having mood instability-depressive spells, irritability, panic and anxiety-and right now me and my pdoc have decided to tackle the mood instability with Trileptal.
Will being on a second mood stabilizer provide me with more mood stability than just being on one?

I think it might things worse. Maybe reduce your meds and/or drop something?
