So I'm takeing Nardil at 75mg and what I have been doing is splitting the dose, 3 pills in the morning first thing then 2 pills from noon-3 sometime. But what I've been noticing is lately I keep forgetting to take the 2nd set of pills and sometimes waiting till like 7pm or later till I remember and not noticing any ill effects from the long time period between doses. And as everyone knows taking Nardil that late isn't good due to the insomnia, so I'm wondering. Can I not just take the whole 75mg in the morning? Save myself the hassle of remembering and also maybe cutting down on insomnia?

I've tried everything as far as dosage timing with Nardil. For me it does not seem to make a difference. Most of my side effects don't kick in until the Nardil does, so I think my side effects are related to the MAO Inhibition. Most of the Nardil side effects have gotten better over time. Insomnia is one that I have always had to treat.

I think taking it all at once would not be a good idea. You could try it, but the side effects would prob be worse, and from my experience it might cause extreme drowsiness during the day, but you could try it.
I really find that Nardil is best taken at least 3x/day. You might want to do 30/15/30, or 30/30/15. You might want to just try to get used to taking the 2nd dose at the same time every day (or the same amount of time after your 1st dose every day).
Good luck.> So I'm takeing Nardil at 75mg and what I have been doing is splitting the dose, 3 pills in the morning first thing then 2 pills from noon-3 sometime.
