Yup, these last few months I can't seem to make myself leave the apt unless I absolutely have to, even though I know it makes depression worse to be stuck here. Which I guess is the whole catch-22 of depression in general, things that would help sound too hard and things that sound good make it worse :(
By the way, I'm in Brooklyn also! Unless that's your name.

Im usually always home now.I lost my job in 2007,when I had my last breakdown.It was severe.I decided to take a break and heal myself completely.I enjoy peaceful days now,and am back to feeling great.

I spent two years basically unable to go out, but it got better. You can do it, too!
