Has anyone taken this combination and had a synergy effect?

Can you combine the two? I was under the impression you couldn't? I don't know. Phillipa

I have heard that the two can be combined well together Phillipa but am looking for anyone who has had empirical evidence.

I think Bleauberry should chime in on this. He has quite a bit of knowledge regarding Rhodiola Rosea.I'll be curious to see what he says.

zoloft with rhodiola was nice for a few days until my body adapted to it. at that point it was like taking nothing.
One thing I disliked about it was this weird sensation of being able to recall what I was doing the instant before. a weird feeling of how did I get here.. like Id been smoking pot or something. Not very pleasant.

The author of the book rhodiola revolution is a psychiatrist and he uses it in his practice along with meds. As with any combo you would want to approach it gently at first and slowly get more engaged with it, but in my experience and readings I would say it has a good effect combined with meds. Risk of serotonin syndrome, I doubt it, but might be influenced by high doses or rapid titration.

> JosephWell, not doing well today, but have seen a few random decent days in recent weeks. Which never used to happen so I take that as a positive. Thank you so much for your well wishes though! Appreciate it!
I have not read the book Rhodiola Revolution but I bet it is probably a good read.

Hang in there bleauberry I know it is tough but that is great you are having a few decent days. Something I should mention. I am drinking an ounce of pure seabuckthorn fruit juice a day and have noticed a pronounced positive effect.
