Just starting Parnate and having very bad hypotension.
Any suggestions to minimize this? I've been drinking water with salt but that does not help.
Are there different dosing times that might help?
Thx,
David

It gets better, although it might not disappear entirely.

Is 4:00 PM your worst time?

You could try dosing 4 or 5 times a day. I did this one time at the suggestion of a doctor. I don't think it really helped that much.

Thanks, I'll try coffee.
I take all of my dosage before noon. I'm wondering if I should try nighttime instead - but worry about insomnia. Taking Ambien for that already.
