I'm looking for research on which SSRI/SNRI is most effective in the treatment of Social Phobia.
Pub Med only seems to have meta analysis that conclude with "more research is needed."

Effexor (venlafaxine).
Those are the two drugs I would take a look at.

Paroxetine has probably the ebst research base, but its likely that they are all pretty effective.
Its a matter of trying one, and if that doesnt suit, then trying another.
