I received an email from a person who posted on here during a rough time. We correspond now. She mentioned she had taken prozac for a number of years and then kind of forgot about it said didn't feel any difference with it or without it. I'm finding the same thing with playing with my meds up or down really doesn't make a difference so do I need meds or are they now strictly habit from taking them for years? Thanks Phillipa

I can't stop taking anything without withdrawal and rebound. If that were not the case I'd stop taking them all at once. Even 1 is hard to stop.
