It's a safe drug when the dosage is measured properly, so enjoy and tell us how it goes : )

thanks novelagent,
The free form amino acid sold by supplement companies is in phase II right now? Interesting. I have noticed that the free form glycine at doses between 1 and 3 grams a day is useful for anxiety and depression as an adjunct to ssri's. Had not idea it was classified as a drug and in phase II trials!
