Has anyone tried this combination? How well did it go? I'm reading there might be some risk of increased seizure activity with these two combined. I'm though taking a very low dose Anafranil (20 mg) but need an add-on.

Isn' wellbutrin know for seizure risk? Maybe low dose and why with anafranil? Phillipa

I don't think you need an add on. I think you need to raise your anafranil. If you're adding Wellbutrin for depression it may help.
I used 75 mg of Wellbutrin with Anafranil to treat sexual side effects and it did not work.
