I know a few of you on this board have tried Viibryd so I'm looking for some feedback. I am at about 3 weeks of taking the full dosage of 40 mg. and I feel like it is making me feel more depressed. Did anyone else experience this? I don't know if I should call my doctor and stop it or push ahead until I give it a full trial. I'm wondering if this is a period where it makes you feel worse but then will ultimately make me feel better.

I had a similar experience with Viibryd. I've been on it 3 months now, but there was a couple weeks there where I felt kind of down for no particular reason. Then my mood swung back around to great and I haven't thought about it since.
All SSRIs can do this.

I wonder if those who got anxiety are bipolar? Got great reviews on the net from patient feedback? Phillipa

Ive taken Viibryd didnt help I was worse and wanted to die. My doctor , whom I found out later was also battling depression, told me this would work and it would be ok I dont know if he took this but he killed himself a week ago ran into a tree. I feel hopeless and took myself off of em. Maybe something else will work let me know if u find it.

I tried Viibryd and it didn't work for me too. I was one of the first posters about Viibryd. Seems about a year ago now. Viibryd gave me anxiety, insomnia and weird dreamy like feeling. I usually respond favorably to almost all AD's including MAOI's. Viibryd seems to be a dud.
