Dang it....I had a little trick for this but it's not working.
I will see if i can remember what I used to do. I have no account at Medscape but i used to be able to share links that wouldn't go to the login screen....

It doesn't work, though.
Just goes right to the dumb login page again. So I can't be a wizard. If my memory wasn't useless I'd remember how I used to get around that. I can get it by using Google, but not from here, which I know is something the site does purposely to try to get you to sign up. <shrug>
It is a really interesting collection. The human mind is really something mysterious and powerful.
