Guys my old doc told me to take cymbalta 60mg /day + Valdoxa 25 mg . Im tapering off lyrica very slowly...It has been a week on cymbalta but I have no good news.... I have had some problems with my sleeping and something that I dont like is that I have become a lot "less social" . I run away even from little talks and Im trying to avoid 100% social contact.
It seems my doctor dont understand that I need to try diferents things , these SRNIs are drugs that dont help me . I alway tell him I need new drugs , different drugs . I dont care if they are dangerous , I need to take risks at this point.. my life is passing and Im not living , Im a death person living on this world

My doc tried to push cymbalta on me and I refused. I dont think trying another SNRI is the answer when I havent responded to SSRI + NRI.
You could try some of the TCA's, AAPs (or nefazodone), mood stabilizers and the MAOIs. Its all about risk versus benefit. Have you told your doc youd like to be more aggressive with med changes?

what about an MAOI and a benzo? I didn't like cymbalta.
