I have negative past experience with Ritalin as it made my mood/productiveness fluctuate a lot and when it wore off I was seriously depressed. That is one reason I will never take amphetamines or Ritalin again. Period.
Now I'm interested in Wellbutrin to help me with mirtazapine's tiredness. What I read from the net people don't report much withdrawal symptoms from Wellbutrin. Although I'm being very cautios as it still works on the dopamine as does Ritalin. And I would not see myself taking Wellbutrin forever, maybe certain periods.
Does anyone have experience with this? Were you able to get off Wellbutrin just fine or not? What were the main symptoms you felt when stopping Wellbutrin? Was there a signifcant feeling of lack of drive after quitting? Hoping to avoid possible mistakes. Thanks.-Ikaros

Wellbutrin and I only lasted a week as appeared hypomanic to a pdoc and not bipolar so just stopped it. Was very stimulating for me. Phillipa
