or just stick with Glycine wich i have to take 4 to 5 times a day... it helped the Glycine

Jeroen I don't know what it is? Does your doc think it would help? Also what trial is this? Is it for a participant in a study as sounds like the med isn't available yet? Phillipa

I guess it would depend on your remaining symptoms and your desperation level. I'd personally hesitate to be in a study, especially for an entirely new class of psychiatric drugs, unless I had lots of problems, more established treatments weren't working, and I was feeling adventurous. Its up to you.
I seem to recall reading that these drugs can cause more NMS (I want to say that was on The Last Psychiatrist, not sure though). Something to be mindful of, to be sure, but if you're being adequately supervised, probably not too big a deal.
