I just discovered one.
Was wondering if anyone else has used one.
It allows you to track your mood over time, record symptoms, add info about particular circumstances in your life at that time, has a little graph, very quick. I'm going to see if there's any pattern to my moods.

There seems to be a bunch. The one I have was free. I'm sure that the ones that cost money have more stuff.
It's called "moody me".
Good luck :-)
