Hi Ed,
In my experience, it doesn't matter all that much which device you use, so here are the options that'll get you closest:
The CES Ultra (google it), which, last time I checked, retails for about 300$
The Fisher-Wallace device (google Fisher Wallace), which sells for 700 US dollars, but which you can return within 60 days for 90% of the purchase price, if it doesn't work for you, no questions asked.
