My effexor xr was in a hot car for about an hour. It wasn't super hot but it was about 85 or so. Could this have made it ineffective? I'm switching from IR to ER effexor and I feel like totally out of energy after the switch

No, one hour at that temp wouldnt have damaged it, you're ok
