Mmmmm I increased the dose 1 week ago . In the beginnig I only take 150mg in the morning . 1 week ago Im takin another 150mg pill at nigth.
I feel better in the morning , with less anxiety
But I was waiting for something more "powerful" to combat my social fear...
Im still waiting for a good response....Im losing hope again on meds...

Im going to Chicago on Crhistmas by the way , maybe some of you live near there. Its very cold rigth?

Yes, very cold. Bring (or buy) hat, gloves, a scarf to Chicago. Because of the wind that Phillipa mentioned. Then be prepared to sweat when indoors. People can keep their buildings really warm in the winter.
I'm sorry you are still waiting for a good response from the Lyrica. I can't remember if it takes a little while to accumulate.

600 mg is the typical dose given for generalized anxiety disorder. I wouldn't be surprised if you felt a lot less anxious at the highest dose. Give yourself a week to acclimate to it. I take 600 mg a day myself for my OCD and headaches.
