Wow.
Something must be going right, because when I leave the gym now I feel pretty happy, almost euphoric. It doesn't last all day, and I return to baseline (which has more or less been pretty good lately.)
I looked at my chart: I started Nardil at 187 lbs. I am now 229. I just friggin' hope between going to the gym regularly and the testosterone I can lose the Nardil pounds.
There's something I call "The Nardil Paradox": Without it, I am so depressed I don't give a f*ck about dating, relationships, and anything in that domain - but once I've started to recover in part from it, I want those things again but have gotten so fat that it's no longer possible.
There has to be a way out of this. I am starting with 3-4 days a week of intense cardio, and once I get the proper training will add weights.
Saw the doc today. Have the paperwork for a followup testosterone lab.
I have a temp assignment next week and an interview with another temp agency. It's a start. If they can continue to get me long term assignments, I might end up at a client company. Or at least keep busy while I continue my jobsearch.

I would investigate adding an NRI or maybe even considering topamax.. weight gain can have some serious consequences later on if it sticks around.
If youre not eating more, the nardil has had some effect on your metabolism. Have you compared your blood sugar levels?
I do really well when I can stick with going to the gym but if I miss 2 days or more I go right back to square one.
Cardio seems to net the best mood results. But weights are good for getting out pent up aggression so I mix them both.
