These are my medications:
Prozac 60mg
Wellbutrin 300mg
Clonodine .1mg X 3 daily
Zyprexa 20mgNow they are ... not working. They have no effect at all anymore its like my body has a tolerance to it. I'm suppost to be feeling the effects of the antidepressants and its a negative, its like they all gave out in doing anything. I still get greatly depressed and then have cognitive problems with concentration which effects my wellbeing at work. In most cases Rililin would be considered but It can't in this case. I've been researching Marplan, Parnate, and Selegine. Selegine looks like it would work without the side effects of most MAOI'S
What should I tell my doctor??

Some of your meds can cause depression. Clonidine, high-dose antipsychotics. High dose zyprexa certainly won't improve your concentration, not unless the alternative is intense psychosis...then you might not notice the cognitive ill-effects of the medication, since the benefit would be so great.
I think you should cut back on the Zyprexa gradually and see how you feel. Actually, I kind of wonder if a drug-free period (after very slow, gradual, supervised tapering, of course) might not be helpful. Going without meds for a while changed my personality for the better, although I might be an exception to the rule. It also gave me a break from dealing with shrinks, which is always nice.
Good luck.

Tell your doctor that no one should ever have to be on more than three psychiatric medications for anything otherwise something is wrong. Get off the Zyprexa (unless it is clearly indicated, e.g. something else besides depression).
Selegiline doesn't work as well as the other MAOIs; this tends to be true even when you get into non-selective doses. The patch would be worth a try, though.
Tell your doctor to take 20mg of Zyprexa on top of .1mg 3x/daily of clonidine and see how he/she feels. Seriously, some of these people need to get a clue.

Unless you're frankly psychotic, the dose of Zyprexia sounds damned high - and I dont get the feeling that you're sgchitzophrenic.
What actualy is your diagnosis?
I think I'd ask for a 2nd oppinion from another psychiatrist who is unconnected with your case, to see wether s/he feels your med regimen is appropriate or not.
Unless you have been psychotic recently, I'd look at reducing the dose of Zyprexia
