So today is the first day of 200 lamictal and 15 abilify. I'm excited. Honestly, even at 100 the lamictal was doing a lot to brighten my mood, even though I was taking 30 of abilify, which is a pretty hefty dose (although I read that its only equivalent to about 400 thorazine, which is a fairly moderate dose).
Anyway, I'm looking forward to continued improvement. How is everybody else doing?

CE glad you are doing well. As we are not far away this drop in temp isn't doing much for mood. I'm in a funk for sure. Any suggestions? Phillipa

The drop in temp here has been nice. Fall is my favorite season. Winter...not so much.
Just try to get outside to soak up as much sunlight as you can, I guess. And socialize. That's my big problem--left to my own devices, I'm reclusive, which is terrible for your mental (and overall) health. Maybe call the kids, see how they're doing?

Maybe its just I'm from canada? I'm sort of like scott, and like fall and spring. Winter here is better than summer. Juat too hot down here.
