I am feel very stimulated in an odd way. It's different than any dexedrine edge. It feels weird and quietly intolerable. It seems I have two extreme speeds: bedridden and now, the jangled nerves of a racer. Mid day was fine.
I swam with my son in an 85° pool.
Could that have increased the amout of segeline from the emsam patch?
Please tell me this could even out.I don't want to be hyper-manic. I never
have been before. I don't like feeling this ramped up. And I had such a good
day. My pain was so low.Has anyone had bumpy maoi or emsam start up?

FB somehow I think I did read don't get it near heat but not sure? Could be it. I think some wore on shoulder if going into hot tubs. I sure could be wrong? Love Phillipa

I'll Google it. Sleep onset good last night. I wonder how Sailboat did?
Awake at 3:45. That's almost two hours improvement.
It's 5:30. Don't feel 'hypo-manic' at the moment.
I'll put patch on now, take it off earlier.
I will also take it off before swimming. Some people endure their trials so
stoically :( My pdoc will be back next
week. I'll talk his ear off. Thanks, Phillipa :-)

Sigh. Hot tubs, heated pools, etc, etc alter the effect.
Yesterday a public pool. The day before, a friend's hot tub. This took about 24 hrs to present.
Last bump (besides the very second day) was when I forgot to remove my old patch before applying my new. That took about 24hrs to show up.
I begin to understand why some doctors could hesitate to prescribe an maoi, especially to someone as disorganized as myself.
Live and learn.
Thank goodness this isn't hypomania (I hope) because I like feeling better.

I thought that was the case but wasn't sure another mystery solved. What if placed up high on back? Love Phillipa
