I dont wanna use this board for non med reasons,but u guys are my friends,so first let me throw in this,if anyone is having sleep problems,the meds common for helping to sleep are,
1. klonopin -artice stating its prtotecive to use,shrugs.
2.Zanaflex,what im told is safe,but its a mild muscle relaxer,i dont feel it at all but it helps me sleep.
3.The king DOXEPIN,this is what was given in jail and loved,and then of course pulled.Anything thats liked is pulled,this med can help a lot of people sleep.

amitriptyline is a another TCA I use for sleep.
