I dont mean to get off topic,but i trust you guys like family,you know im having trouble with the law,ill make the ques simple....
Can a mean hearted p.o officer make immediate on the spot changes to an already established in court by lawyer and judge,written plea bargain.
Im have the plea bargain and follow it,in her office shes is adding rules to it,this cant be legal can it,doesent a lawyer need to be present,shes bullying me like you wont believe,please dont tell me she has that much power to oever ride a already written plea agreement,please answer asap.

I am not a lawyer, but the plea bargain has to be what was approved by the judge.

agree with mrtook
i dont know much about law but what i know is that once an issue or document is taken through the court system all is decided by a judge. (or said jury etc). once its through court individual enforcers of the law do not have authority to override judges orders (unless approved by judge).
-get a lawyer.(and DOCUMENT everything this p.o is doing, when and what).

Are you violating the plea bargain as that might throw a different angle to it so I agree lawyer and private. Phillipa

Thanks for the help,of course im not violating it,this woman is just bent on me in jail,adding things that are not on the written agreement to which i keep on me and follow.thanks for the help guys luv ya all.
