I'm responding here because this is the most recent post on this topic. I had been taking Tianeptin 12.5 3x a day and then ran out (I was getting it from overseas) a week ago. Fortunately I had some Prozac in the cupboard because I had tried that first. So I'm basically in a situation where I couldn't even taper except for going down to two for a day and then one for two days. I feel pretty bad, headache, sick feeling, and very emotionally uncomfortable. This is also the second time in the last 4 months that I have suddenly discontinued anti-depressants because of availability issues. My question is How long will these symptoms last?

I never stopped tianeptine that quickly.
It shouldn't last that long, but I don't really know.
When I tapered tianeptine I had no problems.
