Hi, I have a methylphenidate presscription which is about 35 days old (I havn't been able to afford it). Is this still valid or do I need to get a new one?

I think it depends on the state you live in. In my state, the script is good for 31 days. And it's a big hassle to get another one because of the regulation - dr's don'g usually take kindly to having to replace them.Solstice
