My heart races a lot. It's because of stress and anxiety. Does this wear out my heart faster? Is it unhealthy?
My pdoc ordered an EKG, there is nothing wrong with my heart except normal sinus tachycardia.
I'm worried all this racing heart business is bad for my heart in the long run.

Well, maybe in your case they were harmless, but maybe not in Deneb's case.
This is the end of the thread.
