I have been so out of it lately ...
Anyhow, in my brain fog tonight I took all of tomorrow mornings meds:
100 mg Parnate
30 mg Adderall XR
100 mcg Synthroid
25 mcg Cytomel
10 mg SingulairSo I have already given up any hope of sleeping tonight.
My question is - should I take those meds again in the morning or wait until Thursday morning?

Well, since no one responded I guess I will play it safe and not take my meds this morning. I just hope it doesn't mess me up for the day. Hmmm. Actually I think I will take 50 mg of Parnate and that's it.

Yeah, very bad day. I almost collapsed at work because I was so dizzy and out of it. When I got home I wanted to watch Big Bang Theory. I sat down on the couch at 7:20 pm and woke up at 9:30 pm. I hope my system will be back in rhythn by tomorrow.
I have my PJs on.
