Hello people
how and what are the benifits of lithium i am worn out waiting for something to happen. does it make you feel calm or does it help anxiety and depression
any info would be apreciated

you can't tell exactly how lithium works when it works. i just noticed a lack of drinking, screaming and smoking in my life over time.

Maybe you are not at your therapeutic dose yet. Have you had your lithium levels checked yet? I hope this med helps you.
