We'll im really pissed because I had so much written on a post and danm this computer, every second it has to program itself to crash. I mean why doesnt it have a warning sign "5min until all deletion of your work"
Goodness I'm so mad right now. Actaully that got me in better mood than what I was in. Alcohol numbs the pain for a temporary period of time but after that it increases the pain by depressing nuerotransmitters ... i've never been this depressed in a long time. The thing that really get's to me is .... no more stimulants and downers. I used to take Dexedrine and Xanax together to numb the pain and it was the perfect cocktail ... but after my doctor told me to go to rehab...it ended. He screwed my life over. I feel so awful and pathetic that im writing this. I've never felt so much misery in my life.

Yeah, alcohol is not the way to go. It really depresses me as well. You are not screwed over. You just haven't found the right med yet (or combo of meds).I think once you come to terms with the fact that you cannot take stimulants, you will be open to more meds.

The trick to alcohol is to cut off consumption before you've had enought to make you sick later. Ie, for me its about 2-4 drinks. Just try diferent doses and see what happens. Oh, and drink water when your finished drinking!
